- By entering this competition, the entrants confirm their consent to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein.
- This competition starts on 26 July 2024 and closes at 23:59 on 11 August 2024. Super-V reserves the right to amend the competition dates without notice.
- This competition is open to all persons over the age of 18 years who live in the Republic of South Africa and who are in possession of a valid identity document, except Super-V employees and/or any of their agencies, and members of their immediate family.
- To enter, participants must share a champion moment, a time they recall when they felt like a champion.
- Entrants can earn an extra entry into the draw by following the Super-V Instagram or Facebook page.
- The prize consists of one R1000.00 (one thousand Rand) Takealot voucher. The prize is not transferable or negotiable and cannot be exchanged for cash or otherwise.
- The winner will be chosen randomly from all the entrants who share their champion moment and follow Super-V on Instagram and Facebook.
- Super-V will try to contact the winners for three working days following the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to messages within that period of time, or chooses to decline the prize, then their prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be drawn as soon as possible.
- Super-V’s decision is final and no further correspondence concerning the competition or prizes will be entered into.
- Super-V reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw any aspect of this campaign in its sole discretion at any time without notice or liability.
- By entering this competition, the entrant consents that Super-V may use names and images taken of the winners for publicity purposes, without any further remuneration being payable to the winner. The winner may decline to participate in any promotional activity by notifying Super-V in writing.
- Any violation or attempt to violate any of the above rules will result in the immediate disqualification of the transgressor.
- Participants in this competition hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Super-V and their employees, officers, suppliers, contractors, agents, consultants, directors and shareholders from and against any losses, claims, proceedings, actions, damages, liability for harm, injury or death, demands, expenses or any costs howsoever arising out of their participation in this competition or their use of the prizes, and/or any person with whom they share that prize.
